All orders are recorded in the order of acceptance and distributed according to the available stock and the delivery possibilities of the moment, without any other commitment on our part regarding the execution time. Cases of force majeure (war, general and partial strike or lockout, epidemics, operating accidents, fire, shortage of labour or firsts, etc ...) release the sellers from any kind of responsibility for the execution of their commitments.
We reserve the right to claim deposits from our customers at any time.
No goods or supplies will be taken over, unless expressly stipulated in writing
Any claims relating to the goods delivered and others which will not be lodged by registered letter, within eight days of the date of the invoice will no longer be accepted.
Our invoices are always payable in Luxembourg in cash, before delivery.
Disputes arising out of the jurisdiction of the justice of peace will be brought exclusively before the Justice of Peace of LUXEMBOURG; any other disputes will depend on the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of LUXEMBOURG. Any provisions of the purchaser shall not constitute a derogation from the aforementioned conferral of jurisdiction.
